Abstract: In this study, copper extraction from copper oxide ore using phosphoric acid solution as
leaching agent was investigated, wherein the effects of the main factor temperature on the leaching of
the copper oxide ore was researched, together with the leaching ics. It was experimentally
demonstrated that the copper leaching rate increased with the increasing reaction temperature.
Moreover, the leaching process can be described by the shrinking core model for surface chemical
