摘要2, 2一二轻甲基丙酸是与聚氨酷(PU)预聚体反应制备水性聚氨酷的很好的扩链剂,本实验的目的是通过选择合适的催化剂,利用甲醛与丙醛反应合成2, 2一二轻甲基丙酸,并以2, 2一二经甲基丙酸为扩链剂,制备水性聚氨酷。经过查阅文献11][21,找到了双功能催化剂2-轻基毗陡。因为轻醛缩合反应既能被酸催化,又能被碱催化,双功能催化剂2-轻基毗咤既有酸催化作用,又具有碱催化作用,因此对轻醛缩合反应制备2, 2一二轻甲基丙酸在理论上非常合适。在实践上,2-轻基毗咙催化剂大大地缩短了反应时间,并且提高了产率。将聚丁二醇与甲苯二异氰酸酷(TDI)在丙酮溶液中反应,制得端基带一一NCO的聚氨醋预聚体。再与扩链剂2,2一二轻甲基丙酸反应,蒸发除去丙酮得到水性聚氨酷。讨论了聚氨酷中一一COOH含量与乳液粘度的关系、-COON含量与乳液粒径的关系、-COOH含量与涂膜吸水率的关系,当一COON含量为1%左右时,涂膜的微观结构规整性较好,这样制得的水性聚氨酷产品成膜性能好,乳液平均粒径较小,乳液粘度底,可用于皮革喷光剂。目标化合物2, 2一二轻甲基丙酸的结构经GUMS证实。关键词:2, 2一二轻甲基丙酸、水性聚氨酷、聚氨酷薄膜ABSTRACT2,2-Bis(hydroxymethyl) propionicacid is an appropriate agentthat can be converted into aqueous PU emulsion with pletelyreacted PU .It is my purpose in the design that A catalyst was found topromote the efficiency of the reaction that propionaldehyde andmethyl aldehyde are turned into 2,2-Bis(hydroxymethyl)propionaldehyde which is oxidized to 2,2-Bis(hydroxymethyl)propionicacid .After trials and failure,I finally find the catalyst2- has two ,it can be taken as ,几: other hand,it can be taken as basic catalyst in is based on the following reaction:0日受卜、, 2-hydroxypyridine has shortened the reaction timeraises the efficiency of the and TDI (Toluene Diisocynate) were pletely reacted PU (Polyurethane) with -NCO in propanonesolution.
