摘要
二十一世纪以来,高新技术的重大突破及其产业的迅速崛起,极大地促进了世界经济的发展,也引起了人类生产方式、生活方式和消费结构的深刻变革。由于企业理财环境的不确定性和复杂性,实施以“人性化”为标志的柔性财务管理也就成为必然,并日益成为现代企业管理的新趋势。同时,对于高新技术企业,将实施柔性财务管理与提高公司绩效两者联系起来,增强企业的核心竞争力,提高企业的经济效益,达到企业提高绩效的目的,因此研究高新技术企业柔性财务管理与公司绩效问题有着重大的现实意义。
本文在概述高新技术企业发展状况的基础上,阐述柔性财务管理的特征、内容,探讨柔性财务管理与公司绩效的关系,分析高新技术企业柔性财务管理与公司绩效现状及问题,并提出高新技术企业实施柔性财务管理与提高公司绩效的对策,从而促使企业在柔性理念的指导下,以人为本,以财务管理促进企业和谐发展,调动员工的积极性,提高公司绩效。

The 21st century, high-tech breakthrough and industrial rising quickly, greatly promote the development of world economy, also has caused the human production mode, lifestyles and consumption structure the profound changes. Because enterprise financing environment and the uncertainty of plexity, the implementation of "humanity" marked with the flexible financial management will e the inevitable, it has increasingly e the new trend of modern enterprise management. Also, for the high-tech enterprises, will be implemented flexible financial management and improve the corporate performance linkage between the two, the enhancement enterprise's petitiveness, improve the economic benefit of enterprise, achieve the purpose of enterprise improving performance, so the study of high and new technology enterprise flexible financial management and corporate performance problem has the significant practical significance.
