影响支农队伍在新农村建设作用发挥的成因分析
——以上海市“三支一扶”支农队伍为例

摘要:对上海“三支一扶”计划支农队伍现状调查发现,支农大学生为上海郊区的新农村建设做出了重要贡献,但其发展过程中也存在诸多问题,分析原因主要表现在3个方面:对政策的理解偏差和政策瓶颈、落户农村思想不到位、就业目标不明确等主观因素;专业能力与岗位脱节、心理素质与社会脱节、综合能力与实际脱节等个人因素;以及社会舆论、家庭等社会因素。

Causes of Agriculture Supporting Team Performance in New Countryside Construction

Abstract: It is found that graduate students in agriculture supporting team under“Three Supports and One Assistance”plan have made great contribution to the new countryside construction in Shanghai suburb areas, through the investigation on current conditions. However, there remains a few problems in its development process. The three main causes are as follows: students’ subject factors, such as misunderstanding and bottleneck of relative policies, ideological problems in serving rural areas, uncertainty in the direction of employment; individual factors such as inconsistency between professional abilities and job positions, discrepancy between psychological quality and social demands, gap prehensive ability and real conditions; other factors like public opinions and family suggestions.
