摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来和经济全球化的发展,知识要素的竞争日益加深,高校的竞
争越发深入。如何引导和鼓励高校进行变革,提升其竞争力,成为高校亟待解决的问题。
本研究从社会资本理论的视角出发,拟通过分析高校社会资本对高校发展的影响,为高校
从提升社会资本角度打造竞争力提出相关建议,进而推动高校的发展。
本研究以社会资本理论等理论基础,结合高校自身特点,首先分析了高校社会资本的
概念、特征和构成要素,对高校社会资本的性质、功能、分类进行了分析;其次,从理论
角度将影响高校发展的要素分成学生素质、教师专业素质、经费筹措、创新能力、组织文
化,并认为社会资本通过对五要素产生影响而影响高校发展;然后就高校社会资本如何影
响对这个五个要素产生影响进行了理论分析,并提出了理论假设;接着本文通过构建回归
模型进行实证分析,得到了各社会资本对高校各要素的影响程度;最后根据实证分析结论,
从社会资本角度提出了促进高校发展的相关政策和建议。
本文的贡献在于分析了高校社会资本对高校发展的影响机制;通过实证分析得到了高
校社会资本对高校发展的五要素的影响程度;从社会资本所提出的促进高校发展策略对于
高校管理者有一定的参考价值。本文的缺陷在于样本的覆盖面不广,对数据的说服力有一
定影响。

Abstract
With the development of knowledge and globalization, the university is unceasingly facing
competition anizations that all over the world. The development of university constantly
tends to knowledge and globalization. Domestic colleges and universities expand under the
enrollment of higher education popularization policies. In the situation of limited resources,
guide and encourage college reply various crisis, strive for more effective utilization of resources,
and create more advantages and existing resources performance e the problem to be
solved. This study put forward the concept of college social capital from the perspective of social
capital theory, and analysis and empirical test the social capital on the development of the
college's effect on the theoretical mechanism. Proposed that accumulate and cultivate the
education social capital through the university can make the development of the university.
Universities have functions with teaching, scientific research and social service .As the
foundation of talent, employment implementations are the important problems to
