南京中医药大学硕士学位论文 2型糖尿病早期中药干预对炎症因子的影响姓名:王霞申请学位级别:硕士专业:中西医结合临床指导教师:余江毅 20050501 南京中医药大学2005届硕士研究生学位论文中文摘要目的:评价2型糖尿病早期,滋阴清热、活血化瘀中药对炎症因子的影响;评价其对改善阴虚血瘀型2型糖尿病的症状、延缓慢性并发症的影响。方法:采用随机、双盲、平行对照的试验方法,观察例数108例,疗程六个月。试验组给予基础治疗加六味地黄软胶囊加银杏叶片,对照组给予基础治疗加六味地黄软胶囊安慰剂加银杏叶片安慰剂,治疗前后两组分别检测FBG、PBG、CRP、、。结果:实际完成观察例数104例,其中试验组53例,对照组51 例。和对照组相比,试验组有延缓CRP升高、。两组改善阴虚血瘀证症状的比较无显著性差异。结论:本研究提示在2 型糖尿病早期降糖降压基础上,加用中药六味地黄软胶囊、银杏叶片, 有助于降低炎症因子水平,抑制血管壁炎症,保护心血管。关键词:2型糖尿病炎症因子养阴清热、活血化瘀南京中医药大学2005届硕士研究生学位论文 Abstract obiect: the influence of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)which can eliminating heat by nourishing yin and activate blood withremoving stasls oninflammatory factors lnearly stage of type 2diabetes mellitus(). study eriects of TCM on improving symptoms、delaying plications in2-DM ofYin deficiency andblood stasis.
