摘要随着社会现代化的不断发展,农产品加工产业是近年来发展最快的产业之一,在国民经济中占据着重要的地位。同时,农产品加工机械也得到了快速发展,并逐渐构成了一个完整的机械体系,并向着机械化、自动化、简便化发展。在致力于创造最适于农业生产的环境和改善农业劳动者的工作、生活条件的农业工程中,农产品加工机械应用广泛。通过一个学期对农产品加工机械的学****我们发现农产品加工机械能广泛地应用到食品工程和农副产品加工工程中,尤其是在机械加工工艺,物理加工工艺和生化加工工艺中。随着电子信息技术,计算机技术和生化技术的发展,农产品加工机械业正踏入一个多元化的快速发展阶段。相比国外的农产品加工机械,我国在这方面的发展还存在一定差距,在各方面的技术和产品质量上都存在不足,欠缺自主开发。但值得肯定的是, 我国的农产品加工机械也逐渐走入了自主发展道路,并取得了一定的进步,这是值得肯定的。本文主要介绍了农产品加工机械在农业工程中的应用和农产品加工机械的发展趋势。关键字: 农产品加工机械农业工程应用发展趋势 Abstract It’s known that Processing Industry of Agro-products has e one of the most industries which develop rapidly. And Processing Industry of Agro-products is playing an important role in national economy. As a result of that, the machinery of processing of Agro-products is developing rapidly.
