郑州大学硕士学位论文安阳地区电网“十二五”规划研究姓名:李国立申请学位级别:硕士专业:电气工程指导教师:王克文 201104 摘要摘要随着国民经济和人民对电力需求的不断增长,目前我国的电网已F1益难以满足负荷增长的需求。为保证国民经济的持续发展,除了新建和扩建发电厂外, 电力网络的扩展和改造也越来越举足轻重的摆在各级决策者面前。由于电网建设涉及大量投资,决策失误不但会影响电力系统本身的安全运行,而且会造成巨大的经济损失。因此,提高电网规划决策的科学水平是电力工作者所面临的一项十分迫切的任务。一个良好的电网结构能便利地实现电力供需平衡,更好地使电源结构优化, 实现区域电网之间的互相支援,良好的规划方案是良好的电网机构的基础,它应能保证系统在安全稳定的方式下运行,并在此前提下获得最良好的经济效益和社会效益。电网规划是所在供电区域国民经济和社会发展的重要组成部分,同时也是电力企业自身长远发展规划的重要组成部分,电网规划对于电网建设、运行、和供电保障具有先导和决定作用。本论文是在参与《安阳供电区“十二五”电网规划》的基础上完成的。论文针对安阳地区经济发展与电力系统的具体情况,结合安阳市市情及发展规划, 选取安阳地区1lOkV及以上电网规划为研究对象,进行了安阳地区电网现状及存在问题分析;安阳地区的电力需求预测;研究电网规划的目标和技术原则; 电气计算及分析;在此基础上对电网的网络结构进行了整体规划:并据此进行了投资估算。通过电网的规划建设与改造,安阳地区电网的各个方面都有所加强,将能够收到很好的社会效益和经济效益,为安阳地区“十二五"及以后的经济建设和社会发展奠定坚实的基础。关键词:电网规划;安阳地区;负荷预测:网架优化 Abstract Abstract With national economy and people’S demand for electricpower increasingly continuously,the work of our country can’tfulfillthe need of load’Sgoing up· Inorder toguarantee thenational economy’S growing inthefuture,except for power plants should bebuilt and rebuilt,thespread and reconstruction work involved large amounts ofinvestment,and wrong decisions not only affect thesafe circulation of the work itselfbutalso result inhuge economic loss.
