摘要

我国农村经济采取合作发展方式是我国市场经济发展的必然选择,是解决我国农村
存在的“小农民和大市场”矛盾的有效途径,是实现我国农业发展目标的必然要求。我
国农村经济合作在探索中发展,取得了很大成绩。作为农村经济合作的主要载体,农村
经济合作组织正处于发展的关键时期。合作组织在取得重大发展的同时也存在一些问
题。论文从理论角度分析了合作组织存在的主要问题:农民对农村合作发展的认识存在
误解,农民的合作意识不强,合作组织发展缺乏领办人;农村经济合作组织的合作层次
不高,发展不规范,自身发展能力不强;农村经济合作组织的融资渠道不畅,资金缺乏;
农村经济合作组织的外部运行环境不利于合作组织迅速、稳定地发展;农村经济合作组
织与成员之间的利益分配方式有待完善。这些问题阻碍了合作组织的进一步发展。论文
在分析合作组织存在问题和原因的基础上,提出了解决问题的对策,重点从扩大农村经
济合作宣传,加强专门培训,增强合作组织自身发展能力,完善合作组织内部运行机制,
创新利益分配机制,改善合作组织发展的外部环境,加强合作组织发展的试点工作,建
立专门的协调机构,促进合作组织文化建设等方面探讨了解决当前我国农村经济合作发
展所存在问题的对策。

Abstract
China's rural economic development taking the way of co-operation is an inevitable
choice of the market economy, an effective way to solve the country's dilemma---"small
farmers and big market", an inevitable requirement to achieve the objectives of agricultural
development. China's rural economic cooperation develops in exploration and has made great
achievements, now is in a critical period. Although the development of co-operation has
achieved great ess, there are some problems. Article explores the existence of the
problem from a theoretical analysis and explores solutions to these problems. These problems
are mainly at: First, farmers misunderstand the development of rural cooperation, lack of a
strong sense of cooperation, and the developing lacks of cooperation leaders; Secondly, the
level of anization for Economic Co-operation in rural areas is not high, the
development of anization is not standard, and its self-development ability is in a
lower level; Thirdly, the financing channels of anization for Economic Co-operation in
rural areas are poor; Fourth, the rural cooperative anizations of the external
