摘要

构建社会主义和谐社会,是党中央从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新
局面的全局出发,提出的一项重大任务。构建社会主义和谐社会对女性教育提出了更高的要
求,对思考女性教育发展问题有着重要的启示。
在和谐视角下审视女性教育,既是马克思主义妇女观在当今时代的新发展,又是一条中
国特色的女性教育发展的新路子。女性不仅是现实的人力资源,而且还是未来人力资源的载
体和教育者、创造者, 女性的素质直接影响着下一代的素质,而女性教育是提高女性素质的
有效途径,因此研究女性教育就更具特殊意义。目前,学术界多从女性教育、和谐社会建设
两方面单独研究,本文主要是从女性教育入手,分析探讨如何促进社会主义和谐社会的建设。
本文首先研究女性教育与构建社会主义和谐社会二者的关系,然后通过对处于构建社会
主义和谐社会中的女性教育以及女性发展方面:参政、就业、经济、家庭地位的调查,来论
证构建社会主义和谐社会中进行女性教育的重要性和必要性。最后总结女性教育的成功经验,
发现存在问题,分析形成的原因,探索寻找女性教育的规律所在,同时针对女性教育存在的
主要问题提出加强与完善女性教育若干思考与建议。

Abstract

Constructing the socialism harmonious society, is a major task made
by CPC mittee from the overall interest prehensively
building a well-off society and opening up a new situation for the cause of
socialism with Chinese characteristics. Not only is a higher demand
required for female education, but also an important apocalypse is gained
when thinking about the issue of female education development during
constructing the socialism harmonious society.
Examining female education in view of harmony is not only the new
development of Marxism's women view on female education in the
contemporary era but also a new way of Chinese characteristic female
education development. Not only women are the human resources, but
also the carriers, educators and creators for the future human resources.
Female quality directly affects the quality of the next generation. And
female education is an effective way to heighten female quality. So the
study on female education is of more special significance. At present,
most studies are on aspects of female education and the constructions of
the harmonious society respectively. This study is to discuss how to
promote the construction of the socialism harmonious society in the way
of female education.
