摘要
上世纪 90 年代初,轰轰烈烈的文化素质教育在各大高校开展开来。人文讲座
作为文化素质教育的重要方式,也在各大高校蔚然成风。但是对人文讲座的深入
研究却很少,本研究就是在此基础上,利用质的研究方法中的扎根理论分析法对
华中科技大学经常听讲座的十名学生进行深度访谈,并对访谈资料进行分析、归
纳、整理,以期了解人文讲座对学生发展的各方面影响,进而阐明人文讲座存在
的价值和意义。
下面将本研究的主体部分介绍如下:
一、人文讲座为什么受到学生的广泛喜爱?通过访谈,笔者总结出华中科技
大学人文讲座的六个特征:(1)内容丰富,遍及人文学科各个领域;(2)讲座场
次多,学生具有充分的选择余地;(3)讲座质量高,汇集人文社科领域一流的学
者;(4)讲座风格多样,不同的学者演讲的风格不同;(5)讲座学术氛围浓厚,
讲座上座率很高;(6)讲座空间安排合理,三个校区的学生都能方便去现场聆听
讲座。
二、通过对访谈资料的整理、分析,总结出了人文讲座影响学生发展的六个
方面:(1)人文讲座增加学生的知识量;(2)人文讲座提高学生的认知能力;(3)
人文讲座开阔学生的眼界和视野;(4)人文讲座提高学生的社会化能力;(5)人
文讲座影响学生的态度、信念、价值观;(6)人文讲座影响学生的职业选择与职
业发展。
三、在肯定人文讲座影响学生发展的基础上,笔者阐明了人文讲座存在的价
值和意义。

Abstract
In the early 90 of last century, vigorous cultural quality education carried out in the
major colleges and universities. As an important way to cultural quality education,
humanities lecture are also mon practice in the major colleges and universities.
However, in-depth study of the humanities lecture is rarely, this study is on this basis,
use grounded theory analysis of qualitative research methods, process in-depth
interviews to 10 students of Huazhong University of Science and Technology who often
listen to lecture, and analyzed, concluded anized interviews data, to realize all
aspects of the impact of humanities lecture for students development, then clarify the
value and meaning of existence.
Below the main part of this study as follows:
First, why are the humanities lectures widely loved by the students? Through the
interviews, the author concludes the six characteristics of the humanities lectures of
Huazhong University of Science and Technology: rich content, across all areas of the
humanities; frequent lecture, and students have sufficient choice; high-quality lectures,
the field of humanities and social sciences brings first-class scholars together;
