摘要

随着金融全球化的推进,世界各国纷纷放松了金融管制,开放了国内金融市
场。目前,国际主要金融市场己高度一体化,国际证券市场也不例外。在此背景
下,我国证券市场国际化已是一种必然趋势,特别是在加入 WTO 和引进合格境
外机构投资者之后,我国证券市场国际化步伐必将大大加快,并最终融入国际证
券市场,成为国际证券市场的重要组成部分之一。证券市场国际化在给我国经济
发展带来机遇的同时,也使我国经济、金融面临巨大的风险,处理不当,可能引
发金融危机甚至经济危机。因此,研究我国证券市场国际化的风险并提出防范对
策,是一件十分必要的工作。
证券市场国际化实质上是资本以证券为媒介的跨国交互流动,属于国际资本
流动的范畴。本文借助国际资本流动理论中的资产组合理论和克鲁格曼的“三元
悖论”分析了证券市场国际化与金融风险的关联性,并指出了证券市场国际化必
备的前提条件。发现一国证券市场国际化要取得成功,必须具备完善的证券市场
条件和稳定的宏观经济、金融条件,并且证券市场国际化应该遵循其内在的发展
规律。
中国证券市场是一个年轻而不成熟的市场,对这样一个市场来说,虽然也具
备证券市场国际化的一些条件,但由于证券市场本身存在的问题,以及宏观经济
条件的欠缺,会使我国证券市场的国际化面临巨大的风险。所以我们应该采取如
下措施:培育和发展国内证券市场;保持证券市场国际化与宏观经济相协调;遵
循证券市场国际化的发展规律,走适合中国证券市场的国际化道路,来有效防范
和化解证券市场国际化带来的风险。

Abstract

With the trends of financial globalization, many countries have relaxed their
financial controls and liberalized their domestic financial markets. At present,the main
securities markets of the world are International. After China joined WTO and
introduced QFII, China’s securities market has already begun the course of
internationalization. Along with the deepening financial reform, the internationalization of
China's securities market will be greatly accelerated. Eventually, it will e an
integral part of the international securities market. The internationalization of the
securities market brings many opportunities to China’s development. But it also can
cause huge risks. So it is a necessary work to study on the risks from the
internationalization of China’s securities market and put forward many
countermeasures.
In fact, the internationalization of the securities market is the capital flowing from
one country to another in the media of securities. Using the theories of portfolio and
the Krugman’s ”trilemma", This paper analyzes the relationship of the
internationalization of securities market and the financial risks. Then this paper
