摘要

由美国次贷危机演变而成的国际金融危机冲击了世界金融市场,造成了巨大
的金融资产损失,给世界实体经济带来深远的负面影响。我国在国际金融危机中
也出现了进出口大幅下滑,经济增长速度放缓,国内股票市场大幅缩水的情况。
国内外经济学者对当前的金融危机积极开展研究,得出了许多有价值的研究成
果。这些研究成果加深了人们对本次金融危机的认识,使政府在制定应对措施和
长远经济发展战略上有更多可靠的理论依据。
本文在借鉴国内外学者的研究成果基础上,结合传统的金融、经济发展理论
知识,对本次国际金融危机爆发的原因和过程进行了深刻地分析和归纳。同时将
实证分析国际金融危机对我国宏观经济的影响作为本文的核心,具体研究我国宏
观经济在金融危机期有哪些负面表现,利用计量经济学相关检验方法检验这些负
面表现是否源于国际金融危机的传染。最后,本文根据金融危机和我国宏观经济
现状的特点,制定了三项政策措施:调整经济增长方式,全面的金融发展战略以
及人民币国际化战略。本文主要目的有两个:一是对当前纷繁杂多的金融危机研
究成果进行整理和归纳,使人们更加深刻、清晰地认识本次国际金融危机。二是
依据当前众多学者对我国经济受到国际金融危机影响的共识,具体研究我国宏观
经济受国际金融危机影响的范围和程度,并从计量经济学角度检验其真伪。

Abstract

The international financial crisis, evolved by the . Subprime mortgage crisis,
causing huge losses of financial assets in the world financial markets , to the world
real economy have far-reaching negative impact. In the period of International
Financial Crisis , China has the emergency of a sharp drop in import and export fallen
economic growth slowing down and the domestic stock market shrinking. Domestic
and abroad scholars of economics have positively studied in the current financial
crisis, made out many valuable research results. These es are deepening
people's understanding of this Financial Crisis, offering the government more reliable
theoretical basis for the resolution and long-term economic development strategy.
This paper, based on research results of scholars from home and abroad, combined
with the traditional theory of financial and economic development, is attending to
analyze deeply the cause and process of the International Financial Crisis. At the same
time, set the heart of this paper on the empirical analysis of the International Financial
