SA8000对我国纺织服装业出口贸易的影响与对策研究
摘要
在经济发展愈来愈迅速的今天,社会责任标准SA8000成为了世界各国企业竞相认证的热门标准之一,而纺织服装行业这种劳动密集型贸易出口的行业也不断地受到劳工标准的影响。SA8000标准的出台在全球发展迅速,对相关出口企业造成了多方影响,诸如出口成本增加、降低外资吸引力等不利条件,却为我国企业树立良好形象及优化出口市场环境带来不小的益处。我国政府应针对认证SA8000标准防范出口风险,建立健全法律法规积极协调本国产业发展。而企业应加强人力资源投资,合理优化资源配置,主动承担社会责任,谋求企业自身长期稳定地发展。政府及企业应积极提出相应的应对策略,为纺织服装出口贸易谋求良性发展。

SA8000 about China's textile and garment export trade and countermeasures
ABSTRACT
In today's increasingly rapid economic development, social responsibility SA8000 has e one of the popular standard for panies around the peting, this labor-intensive exports of textile and apparel industry industry by labor standards. The introduction of the SA8000 standard in the rapid global development, resulting in a multi-effect-related export enterprises, such as the increase in the cost of exports, reduced foreign investment attractiveness of adverse conditions, but for Chinese enterprises to establish a good image and optimize the export market environment to bring small benefits. Our government should guard against export risks for certification SA8000 standard, establish and improve laws and regulations and actively coordinate its industrial development. Enterprises should strengthen investment in human resources, optimize resource allocation and mitment to social responsibility, to seek the enterprise's own long-term and stable development. Government and enterprises should actively propose appropriate coping strategies, and seek sound development of the textile and garment export trade.
