智能传感器接口模块STIM设计
摘要
IEEE 1451标准开发了一种软硬件的连接方案,将智能传感器连接到网络或者用以支持现有的各种网络技术,/。通过定义一整套通用的通信接口,使传感器在现场级采用有线或无线的方式实现网络连接,大大简化由传感器构成的各种网络控制系统,解决不同网络之间的兼容性问题,并能够最终实现各个厂家产品的互换性和互操作性。
。在硬件方面,主要围绕AT89C52展开,设计了传感器模块、信号调理模块、复位电路、存储器电路和电源电路。软件方面,介绍了STIM主体软件结构和实现的功能。在传感器RS232串口和电子数据表格TEDS设计上,首先对RS232串口和TEDS的协议做了一定的介绍和研究。
通过硬件和软件两方面的设计,利用调试工具对STIM进行调试,实现了串口的接收发送数据和TEDS下载到片内FLASH的功能。
本次设计为智能变送器接口模块STIM的集成提供了功能验证,为符合IEEE1451标准的智能变送器的研究奠定了基础,为开发各种IEEE1451标准的智能传感器模块STIM提供了范例。

Design of a Smart Transducer Interface Module STIM
Abstract
IEEE 1451 standard has developed a hardware and software connectivity solutions, the intelligent sensor is connected to work works to support various existing technologies, including a variety of field bus and the / . This article is designed according to standard smart transducer interface module and implements plug and play functionality STIM. On the hardware side, the main focus AT89C52 started to design a sensor module, signal conditioning modules, reset circuits, memory circuits and power circuits. Software, describes the main software architecture and implementation STIM functions. RS232 serial port and the sensor TEDS spreadsheet design, the first TEDS RS232 serial port and protocol to do a certain presentation and research.
Both the hardware and software design, use of debugging tools to debug STIM to achieve the serial receive and send data downloaded to the on-chip FLASH TEDS functionality.
