摘要
课堂即时评价是指在课堂教学中,教师根据学生在课堂上随时表现出来的学****行为、学****状态和学****结果及时进行价值判断的一种活动。在“一切为了学生的发展”的新课程理念下,进行合理、有效的课堂即时评价,正确对待学生在课堂上的表现,优化课堂教学中的师生互动和交流机制,实施有效、高效教学,是新课程改革给我们提出的重要要求。现下的教学实践中,由于一些教师评价观念陈旧,评价方式相对落后,思想品德课堂即时评价存在诸多问题:教师在评价时回避、应付学生的回答;缺乏情感,甚至讽刺挖苦学生;表扬泛化,评价失真;只重预设,忽视生成;忽视对学生情感、态度、价值观教育;评价方式单调、简单;评价主体单一。
本文以新课程评价理论为指导,以行为主义理论、人本主义心理学理论、多元智能理论和建构主义理论为基础,对思想品德课堂即时评价进行了研究。我们认为搞好思想品德课堂即时评价需有三个前提条件,遵循六项原则,运用好五条策略。三个前提条件是:走进学生,了解学生;创设良好的课堂即时价环境;提高教师课堂即时评价的能力和水平。六项原则是:主体性原则;发展性原则;适度性原则;指导性原则;情感性原则;艺术性原则。五条策略是:坚持激励性评价,饱含人文关怀;注重生成性评价,利用好动态资源;多种评价结合,充分调动学生学****的积极性;重视个体差异,突出相对性评价;评价主体多元化,构建和谐课堂。

Abstract
The class impromptu evaluation is a kind of class activity that in the course of the class teaching, teachers give timely value judgments at any time in the classroom on the basis of students’ studying behavior, studying status and studying results. Based on the thought of the new course that all is for the development of the students, the new course reform makes us an important requirement to give reasonable and effective impromptu evaluation, to treat students’ performance in a right way, to optimize the teacher-student interaction and exchanging mechanism and to implement effective and efficient teaching. Because some teachers have outmoded evaluations idea and the evaluations way lag behind relatively, which causing impromptu evaluations of our country have a great deal of questions at the present stage. During the evaluation, teachers give evasive answers to meet the students’ questions, lack of emotion and even sarcasm students, praise generally and evaluate distortional, only value the default but neglect the generated and neglect the education on students’ emotion, attitudes and value.
