哈尔滨工程大学硕士学位论文水性油墨用水性丙烯酸树脂的制备及性能研究姓名:曹欣祥申请学位级别:硕士专业:应用化学指导教师:曹力 20070101 哈尔滨T程大学硕十学位论文摘要随着人们环保意识的不断提高,环保型的水性丙烯酸树脂在涂料、黏合剂、油墨等许多领域的应用越来越广泛。作为水性油墨的关键材料一连接料,水性丙烯酸树脂的性能极大地影响着油墨的质量。目前我国水性油墨用水性丙烯酸树脂主要依赖进口,这直接影响着水性油墨和水性涂料的生产成本。所以对水性油墨用水性丙烯酸树脂的制备及其性能研究具有极高的经济和社会价值。本论文以丙烯酸(AA)、***丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)为单体,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,以正丁醇为溶剂, 采用溶液聚合法合成了水性丙烯酸树脂。通过研究引发剂用量、丙烯酸用量、溶剂与单体的配比、滴加时间、保温时间、中和度以及反应温度等反应条件对树脂水溶性、透光率、固含量、转化率和黏度等性能的影响,确立了合成油墨用水性丙烯酸树脂的最佳配方:%,%, %,MMA:BA(质量比):,溶剂:单体(质量比):, 溶剂采用正丁醇和水,正丁醇:水(质量比)为2:1;最佳工艺条件:单体的滴加时间为3h,,反应温度为100℃左右,中和剂采用氨水,产品中和度为90%。在上述配方和工艺条件下制得的树脂的性能如下:树脂为淡黄色透明液体,水溶性好,10%%,树脂转化率为 %,40%树脂水溶液的黏度为179s,℃。把合成的树脂配制成油墨,进行性能检测,结果显示多项指标均能达到或者超过国内企业标准。关键词:水性丙烯酸树脂;溶液聚合;水性油墨;合成哈尔滨丁程大学硕士学位论文 AB STRACT Withpeople’S consciousness ofenvironment protection increasing constantly, water-soluble acrylic resinismore andmore used infields ofcoatings,adhesive and inks etc. As thekey material ofwater-based inks,linkmaterial,the function ofthe water-soluble acrylic resinaffectsthequality of in onr country,water-soluble acrylic resinforwater-based inksismainly dependent on entrance impact on cost ofproduction ofwater-based inksand water-based coatings synthesis ofwater-soluble acrylic resin forwater-based inksandstudy on itsproperties havehi【曲economic and social value.
