基于轨迹交叉论的油田安全事故的研究
摘要:安全生产是世界性的永恒课题,是石油、石化企业的主题,是企业的生命线。安全生产工作,关系到广大人民群众的生命、财产安全,直接涉及到广大人民群众的根本利益。石油安全更是我国经济发展的命脉,是我们要研究的永恒的课题。
本文针对油田事故频发的现象,再通过查阅大量资料文献和相关报告及应用轨迹交叉论对油田上发生的事故案例进行分析的基础上,分析了油田企业的安全现状及油田生产中的主要安全问题。分别从人、物和管理三方面分析了事故的原因,并结合油田企业自身安全生产的特点和经验,从人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态及管理缺陷三个方面提出了预防事故发生的安全对策措施。以便超前预防、控制生产事故的发生,保障油田企业安全生产的顺利进行。

In this paper, the phenomenon of frequent accidents oilfield,And through access to large amounts of data and application documents and related reports of cross-track incidents on the field on the basis of case analysis,Analysis of the security status of panies and the main security issues of oil production. Respectively, from people, things and manage three of the cause of the accident .Combined with their own oil production safety features and management experience, proposed safety countermeasures to prevent accidents from three aspects of the unsafe acts of people and material insecurity status and management deficiencies. In order to advance the prevention, control of production accidents, protect the oil fields safe production smoothly.
