摘要
数字图像相关方法在实验力学领域有着举足轻重的地位和非常广泛的应用,尤
其在光测力学领域中测量物体表面位移场和应变场方面发挥了极其重要的作用。随
着最近几十年来工业制造业的飞速发展,对各种金属与非金属材料的需求和应用日
益增大,数字图像相关方法作为测量材料力学性能的实验力学手段随之得到了广泛
的应用,同时在生物力学测量、光学、电学等领域都有着广泛的应用。
目前,国内外对数子图像相关方法的研究主要有两个方向,相关计算的计算精
度和计算效率。对计算精度的研究主要集中在各种亚像素定位方法上;而对于计算
效率问题却少有涉及。本文在经过一系列的模拟和实验研究之后,发现目前的相关
计算算法在计算效率上存在着较大的提升空间。因此,本文从整像素计算部分着手,
提出了一种全新的整像素搜索方法——快速存储搜索算法,计算效率得到了较大的
提高。在亚像素研究方面,本文主要研究了目前最常用的两种亚像素计算方法:梯
度法和曲面拟合法,并从计算精度,计算效率和稳定性等方面进行比较和优化。本
文进行了标准拉伸试件及带孔试件的单轴拉伸试验,将通过相关计算得到的位移场
与数值模拟得到的位移场进行对比,实验结果与数值分析结果吻合较好。最后,本
文对所做的研究工作做出了详细的总结,并对数字图像相关方法在将来的发展提出
了建议和展望。

Abstract
Digital image correlation in experimental mechanics has a pivotal position and a very
wide range of applications, especially in the field of optical measurement of mechanical
measuring surface displacement and strain fields play a very important role. With the
recent decades the rapid development of manufacturing industry, the demand for all kinds
of metal materials are increasing. Digital image correlation method as the experimental
measurement of mechanical properties along with the mechanical means has been applied
so as the optical, electrical and other fields.
Currently, the domestic digital image correlation method of research in two directions,
the accuracy and efficiency. On the accuracy of the research focuses on the various
sub-pixel location method; and the problems are rarely involved putational
efficiency. In this paper, after a series of simulation and experimental studies, found that
the current in the calculation of the efficiency putational algorithms related to the
existence of a huge room for improvement. Therefore, this part from the whole set in
pixels, a new integer pixel search method - Fast search algorithm for storage, to some
extent improve put
