浙江工业大学硕士学位论文基于精益思想的X公司山基于精益思想的X公司业务流程优化研究摘要随着经济全球化和信息时代的来临,企业的外部环境发生了本质性的变化, 信息和技术手段日益推层出新,产品从设计制造到销售的时间越来越短,客户的需求不断地变化而且复杂多样,企业已经处于一个全新的格局之中。客户越来越强烈的多样化个性化的需求使得企业之间的竞争形式急剧转变,企业竞争的焦点也转变成为企业组织构架、企业运行方式和企业的售后支持服务的竞争。在这种新的格局之下,越来越多的企业已经深深地感受到自己的组织构架和业务模式已经无法满足这一快速多变的外界环境。企业必须以客户需求为导向,突破原有模式的壁垒,实现企业各个方面的直接有效沟通,让企业具有强大的适应新事物的能力和动态多变的灵活性,从而适应当代快节奏和高效率的社会环境。而且,新格局的环境下,不仅要求企业有新的竞争优势,更需要有持续的竞争优势,以满足企业所处行业未来的发展趋势。本文以流程再造理论和精益理论为基础,结合国内外成功实例,建立基于精益思想的流程优化方法模型,并以X公司的业务流程优化为例进行实证:首先, 明确流程优化指导思想,确认顾客的核心需求,指出核心需求是顾客购买产品真正的出发点,不只是产品所直接提供的用途,还包含了消费心理层面的需求;接着,分析了X公司业务流程价值流程的现状,运用精益思想的方法绘制现状图, 通过大量的数据收集及准确地识别整个流程的每一个细节,分析流程中的浪费和流程各个环节之间的连续性和不均衡性;然后根据分析结果,拟定满足客户需求的流程改造的对象和目标,进行流程再造,调整组织结构,最终进行验证,提出最适合的业务流程。关键字:流程,精益生产,流程优化 XCompany process optimization study based on lean Abstract With the advent ofeconomic globalization,the extemal environment ofthe enterprises hasfundamentally petition among enterprises ing areinthenew pattern petition andchange.
