内蒙古科技大学本科生毕业设计说明书(毕业论文) 题目:水箱液位控制系统设计学生姓名:吴云鹏学号: 200867112231 专业:测控技术与仪器班级:测控 08-2 班指导教师:李刚助教内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书(毕业论文) I 水箱液位控制系统设计摘要液位是工业工程中的常见变量,在各种过程控制中的应用越来越广泛。例如在食品加工、溶液过滤、化工生产等多种行业的生产加工过程中,通常需要使用蓄液池,而蓄液池中的液位需要维持一定的高度,既不能太满溢出造成危险,也不能过少而无法满足生产需求。因此液位高度是工业控制过程中一个重要的参数,特别是在动态的状态下,采用合适的方法对液位进行检测、控制,能收到很好的效果。本文以实验室自制的双容水箱作为液位控制研究对象,通过上位机、研华的 PCI-1710L 板卡、电动调节阀、压力液位变送器组成的控制系统和压力液位变送器、变频器、水泵组成的控制系统分别实现了单容水箱的远程控制和就地控制, 并在文章最后理论性的阐述了双容水箱的控制方法。设计中以组态软件-- 组态王为开发工具,开发了系统的监视与控制界面,并且自己编程实现 PID 控制程序,使系统具备了对现场过程数据的动态监视功能、历史数据的归档功能、异常信号的报警功能以及现场操作的指导功能。关键词: 水箱液位; PID 控制;组态王; 变频器; 内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书(毕业论文) II The design of the t ank level control system Abstract The liquid level isone of mon variables in Industrial Engineering , the process control is more and more widely used . For example, in the production process of food processing, filtering solution, chemical production and other industries, liquid storage tank is usually used, and making the liquid level of liquid storage tank ata certain height is very important, neither too overflow to risk nor too short not to meet the production demand . Therefore, the height of liquid level in the industrial control process isone of the important parameters, especially in the dynamic condition. If adopt the appropriate method for the control of the liquid level detection, we can get good effect. The research object is based on the self-made double tank level control system, through the puter, the Advantech PCI-1710 L card, the electric control valve , the pressure liquid level transmitter, the frequency converter and the water pump we get two different kinds of the cascade control system for the single water tank of the liquid level control, respectively realized the effect of the remote control and local control.
