用词特点和翻译关键点
协议英语用词极其考究，（professional）, 正式（formal）. 正确（accurate）. 具体表现在下列方面：
may, shall, must, may not (或 shall not) 使用
may意在约定当事人权利（能够做什么）， shall约定当事人义务(应该做什么时候)，must 用于强制性义务（必需做什么）， may not(或shall not)用于严禁性义务（不得做什么）。May not do 在美国部分法律文件能够用shall not, 但绝不能用can not do 或 must not,但 may do 不能。
用语正式（formal）
