【摘要】 目的：浅析肝癌介入治疗后癌肿残留及复发早期诊断中MRI与CT的应用价值。方法：筛选2018年1-12月于笔者所在医院行介入治疗的91例肝癌患者为研究对象，均进行MRI检查和CT检查，对比诊断结果。结果：%，%，差异有统计学意义（P<）。%，%，差异有统计学意义（P<）。结论：在肝癌介入治疗后癌肿残留及复发的早期诊断中，MRI和CT均有较高的应用价值，但MRI的准确度更高，是首选的诊断方法，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the application value of MRI and CT in the early diagnosis of cancer residual and recurrence after interventional therapy of liver cancer. Method： Screened of 91 patients with liver cancer who underwent interventional therapy in our hospital from January to December 2018 were studied. All patients underwent MRI and CT examinations， and the diagnosis results were compared. Result： The diagnostic accuracy of cancer residual and recurrence in MRI was %， which was higher than % of CT， and the difference was statistically significant （P<）. The detection rate of enveloped lesions in MRI was %， which was higher than % of CT， and the difference was statistically significant （P<）. Conclusion： MRI and CT have high application value in the early diagnosis of cancer residual and recurrence after interventional therapy of liver cancer. However， MRI has higher accuracy， and it is the preferred diagnostic method and worthy of popularization and application.

肝癌具有一定的隐匿性，初期一般没有典型症状，随着病程发展部分患者会呈现腹水、低热、肝区钝痛等表现[1]。在临床中一般会进行介入治疗，也就是经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术，能有效延长患者生命时长[2]。由于患者存在个体差异性，术后容易发生病灶残留及复发，若能及时准确的诊断，对后续治疗有重大意义[3-4]。笔者所在医院为对比分析MRI和CT检查在癌肿残留及复发早期诊断中的价值，收集2018年1-12月于笔者所在医院行介入治疗的肝癌患者91例为对象，展开深入研究，报道如下。
