南京工程学院毕业设计说明书(论文) 作者: 王璐学号: 233070110 系部: 工程基础实验与训练中心专业: 自动化(系统集成) 题目: 基于台达 PLC 的立体库控制系统设计指导者: 程啟华讲师评阅者: 2011 年06月南京南京工程学院毕业设计说明书(论文) Graduation Design ( Thesis ) Automated L ibrary System C ontrol Based on detal PLC BY WANG Lu Supervised by Lecturer CHENG Qihua Departmemt of the BASIS of EXPERIMENTS and TRAINING CENTER Nanjing Institute of Technology June, 2011 南京工程学院毕业设计说明书(论文) 摘要自动化立体库是一种集信息, 存储管理于一体的高技术密集型机电一体化产品, 是一种多层次存放货物的高架仓库系统。它是把计算机与信息管理和设备控制集合起来,能按控制指令要求自动完成货物存取的要求。本文的设计思路是将整个立体库的区域虚拟的分为三个区, 区域划分是基于物料属性信息之上的,本课题有三种物料,即高成品件、低黑件、低白件。根据物料属性信息分别将其放入相应的货位, 以提高存取的工作效率。因 PLC 强大的控制功能,本控制系统的控制器采用 PLC 控制,堆垛机由两轴( X/Z ) 伺服定位轴机构组成, 具有三自由度。堆垛机是自动化立体库中的重要设备,它能够在自动化立体库的货架间来回穿梭运行, 将货物放入货架; 或者相反取出货架上的货物。输送带由变频器控制, 可以进行变频传输。采用光电传感器检测有无物料, 变频传输物料, 分析堆垛机的工作过程, 并确定堆垛机的定位方案。通过计算机系统对 PLC 的运行监控, 并对货架信息进行处理, 解决了堆垛机存取货物路径的优化问题。最终由 PLC 对堆垛机系统进行控制。人机界面, 是系统和用户之间进行交互和信息交换的媒介, 它实现信息的内部形式与人类可以接受形式之间的转换。人机界面可以对现场设备进行监控, 及时采集系统信息,发现并处理故障,保证系统良好的运行,是自动化生产的必然发展方向。关键词:自动化立体库;堆垛机; PLC; 人机界面南京工程学院毕业设计说明书(论文) ABSTRACT Automated library isa collection of information, storage management inone of the high-tech-intensive mechanical and electrical integration products, isa multi-level storage of goods, overhead storage system.
