陕西理工学院毕业论文餐厅创办可行性报告刘强( 陕理工计算机科学与技术系信息管理与信息系统专业 071 班,陕西汉中 723000) 指导教师:郭天印【摘要】餐饮业是指在一定场所,对食物进行现场烹饪、调制,并出售给顾客主要供现场消费的服务活动。本文主要从餐厅创办的成功因素入手,对开办餐厅所在地的市场进行预测、了解政府的相关扶持政策,论证了餐厅选址的可行性,从而形成了本餐厅的餐饮理念及产品方案。同时说明了餐厅具体创办的流程,给出了餐厅的效益分析,完成了餐厅开办的可行研究,凸显了餐厅准确的定位、正确的选址、高明营销、周到服务等餐饮创业要点。【关键词】餐饮业;创业;管理;服务陕西理工学院毕业论文.
