中药科学研究的几个关键问题*

摘 要 当今屮医药科技发展面临的机遇与挑战都是空前的。屮药科学研究要想
在可期待的时间里取得重大突破，冇三大层面的基木问题必须得到首要解决：一是科 学把握屮药的基木概念和范畴，应注意“粗、大、黑”是屮药，“半粗、半黑”也是屮 药，“不粗、不黑”还是屮药。二是应科学制订屮药科学研究的基木导向和策略，应“有 可为，有不可为”、“有所为，冇所不为”、“要创新，更要规范”。三是应科学制订国家 中医药科技发展“线路图”，中药冇效性评价与再提高、中药安全性评价与合理用药、 中药药效物质筛选与辨识、屮药质量控制与评价技术、中药资源的可持续利用与保护、 屮药药性理论的现代科学表征与应用等可作为今后20年内我国屮药研究的优先和重点 发展领域。

Abstract Since the Tenth Five-Year Plan in China, the science and technology of Iradilional Chinese medicine (TCM) has gained unprecedented high attention, and al the same time, the people who have been engaging in the TCM research arc bearing more and more missions and responsibilities. In order to get more significant breakthroughs and scientific achievements with great innovation, great value and great influence in the near future, the radical target and strategy for TCM research should be made out as follows: sifting out the lees, laying aside the disputes, tamping the identical opinions, and innovating to apply. In other words, the principle that “to do what can be done, not to do what can not be done; to do whai should be done, nol lo do what should not be done, and to pay more alienlion to slandardizalion than lo innovation
5' should be recognized unequivocally・ The six issues such as the evaluation and improvement of TCM efficacy, the safely evaluation and reasonable usage of TCM, the innovation and development of TCM quality evaluation and control technology, the sustainable utilization and protection of TCM resources, the elucidation and modemization of TCM basic theory, etc. should be considered as the prior and key aspects of TCM research in the following 20 years in China・
