摘 要 DCS集散型控制系统是新型水泥生产线的神经中枢,对生产工艺过程自动化控制、机械、电气设备的安全运行起着关键性的控制和管理作用。为了提高水泥的产量、质量,降低能耗,减轻劳动强度,提高劳动生产率,实现安全化生产,本课题根据水泥粉磨站生产线实际情况,采用DCS控制系统仿真,以实现对水泥粉磨环节的仿真控制。包括:对各种信号的模拟及其量程转换,电机顺序启停以及电机的程序设计,对报警程序的设计,操作员站的建立,还有历史趋势。通过对水泥粉磨环节DCS的仿真,可以对该环节有更深认识,可以更方便对工人的培训。 使用Industrial IT系统的工程工具Control Build F,对整套DCS系统进行程序设计、组态监控和系统的模拟仿真。模拟仿真的结果基本与本次设计要求一致。 关键词:集散型控制系统 水泥粉磨 DCS ABSTRACT It is a nerve center of the new-type cement production line that DCS collects the scattered control system, the safe operation of controlling to the course automation of the production technology , machinery , electric equipment is playing key control and management role . In order to improve the output , quality of the cement , reduce energy consumption , lighten labour intensity, raising labour productivity, realize melting and producing safely, this subject rubs the production line actual conditions of the station according to the cement powder, the whole county adopts DCS control system, rub and stand DCS - the cement powder to rub by realizing producing 1 million tons of cement powder per year. Including : for signals and the quantum of the motor stopped and order and the programming, to the police procedure is designed, the establishment of the operator who points and historical trend. the cement ground segments of the dcs may be simulated, for the better known to more convenient for the training. Simulation:By using Control Build F,we can design of DCS system procedures, monitoring and system simulation.
