摘要：中学生在学****物理的过程中，既需要聪明才智或学****能力，更需要正确的学****动机、浓厚的学****兴趣、饱满的学****情感、坚强的学****意志以及完美的性格。心理学上将聪明才智或学****能力称之为智力因素；将学****动机、兴趣、情感、意志与个性中的性格称之为非智力因素。而非智力因素能够影响智力因素的发展。因此，能否有效的提高中学生的非智力素质是提高中学物理教学的关键。文中首先分析了非智力因素的内涵，然后分析非智力因素对中学物理教学的影响，最后结合中学物理教学的实际提出培养非智力素质的对策。
