[摘要] 目的: 研究肝外组织是否支持乙型肝炎病毒复制以及乙型肝炎的泛嗜性对血糖调节的影响。方法: 利用PCR法检测麻鸭血清中的鸭乙型肝炎病毒以筛选携带鸭乙型肝炎病毒的麻鸭，分组后进行静脉葡萄糖耐量实验。分别提取携带鸭乙型肝炎病毒麻鸭的肝、胰、肾和肌肉组织总DNA，利用滚环扩增法检测肝、胰、肾和肌肉中是否存在鸭乙型肝炎病毒复制的标志分子共价闭合环状DNA。用SPSS中的ANOVA分析麻鸭血糖与携带鸭乙型肝炎病毒的关系，以及血糖与鸭乙型肝炎病毒在胰、肾和肌肉中复制的关系。结果: 利用PCR筛选出36只携带鸭乙型肝炎病毒麻鸭及60只阴性麻鸭，%。携带DHBV麻鸭的肝、胰、肾和肌肉其复制标志物共价闭合环状DNA的检出率分别为100%、%、%、%。携带鸭乙型肝炎病毒的麻鸭其空腹、、1小时及2小时血糖浓度平均值均高于末携带鸭乙型肝炎病毒的麻鸭，肾和肌肉被感染的麻鸭其血糖平均值略高于末感染的麻鸭，但均无统计学意义。胰腺被感染的麻鸭其空腹、、1小时及2小时血糖浓度平均值高于末感染的麻鸭，且具有统计学意义（P<）。结论: 乙型肝炎病毒肝外组织可支持乙型肝炎病毒复制，乙型肝炎病毒感染胰腺可能是诱发糖耐量异常的原因之一。

HBV Replication in Extrahepatic Tissues and Impact
in the Blood Glucose Regulation
Abstract Object This study attempts to investigage whether the extrahepatic suports the replication of hronic hepatitis B virus (HBV), and whether HBV replication in extrahepatic infuences blood glucose regulation. Methods The duck wth duck hronic hepatitis B virus (DHBV) were screened by amplified the DHBV DNA from the serum of duck, the blood glucose regulation were evaluated by intravenous glucose tolerance test. The total DNA of hepatic tissues, pancreas, kidney and muscle of duck with DHBV were extracted, then using rolling circle of amplification to exame the the cccDNA of DHBV. The relation between the blood glucose regulation and the DHBV replication in hepatic, pancreas, kidney and muscle was evaluated by the ANOVA. Results Total 36 ducks were screened the positive for DHBV and 60 ducks were negative, the positive rate of ducks with DHBV were %. The detection rate of hepatic tissues, pancreas, kidney and muscle of DHBV cccDNA were 100%, %, %, % respectively.
