一、矿井及煤层概况
鑫国煤电有限责任公司为一老矿井,地质储量200万吨,可采储量150万吨,为立、斜井开拓,设计生产能力40万吨,有可采煤层6层,本次设计薄煤层32#煤层,并兼顾9#煤层,设计工作面走向长度400米,倾斜长度80米。
32#煤层为稳定煤层,—,。煤层倾角8—12°,煤质硬度f=—2,, t/m3。煤层埋深130—140m。
32#,;,。伪顶硬度系数f=2 ,伪底硬度系数f=3。
9#—,,—,硬度较大。直接顶为灰色泥灰岩,厚0—,裂隙发育,f=3—4,底板为黑色泥灰岩,—,f=2—3。
副井罐笼尺寸较小,大型设备只能运输从斜井运输。因斜井下车场原砌碹100m段宽度较窄,。
原采煤法:MG—100型机组落煤,SGB620/40T型刮板输送机运煤,DW14—30/100单体支柱控顶。
从矿领导及下井了解知,顶板垮落跟顶1—2m,矿压显现不明显,选择支架工作阻力可不需要偏大。
二、矿意见
1、采用走向长臂后退式采煤,综采液压支架+机采落煤+刮板机运输,平巷配置机搭接可伸缩式皮带运输。
2、选择支架依32#煤为主,并兼顾9#煤层采高要求,,若32#煤厚度影响通机,。
3、所选支架要体积小、重量轻、强度高、适合该矿井煤层高度的要求、其运输、安装便。
4、工作面支架、溜子配套:轻型液压支架、液压牵引采煤机、刮板运输机。以提高工作面的生产、运输能力。
1、根据32#、9#煤层煤厚综合考虑,选用 ZY2400/08/16型掩护式液压支架支护顶板。相应配套设备选用MG160/360—BWD型采煤机落煤,SGZ—
630/180型刮板机运输,,三班生产,边采边准,每班5个循环。
2、配备部分单体液压支柱、铰接顶梁或π梁作为上下顺槽超前支护。
四、选用ZY2400/08/16型掩护式液压支架的理由及可行性:

(2)支架采用整体顶梁四连杆机构,刚性强、结构紧凑、护顶稳定性好,适用中等稳定及以下顶板。对煤层厚度变化大的工作面也有较强适应性。
