摘要
灌装机是酒水、饮料类等食品加工行业的关键设备之一。目前正向着灌装的高速化、精确化;以及智能化、多功能化方向发展。
本文针对传统罐装机性能比较单一、自动化程度低、通用性差,灌装速度调整不方便,而且难以适用瓶形、液体物料及灌装规格的变化等问题,结合全自动液体灌装的工艺流程,分析了全自动液体灌装机的工作过程及其主要部件的功能,重点介绍了全自动液体灌装机关键工作环节的工作原理及控制要求。
全自动液体灌装机实现了灌装生产高速化、精确化、智能化、多功能化以及操作界面人性化的要求。对灌装工作过程进行实时监控及动态管理,提高了液体灌装的自动化水平,提高了生产效率。

ABSTRACT
