毕业设计说明书年产 100,000 万吨苯乙烯生产车间工艺设计中北大学 2012 届毕业设计说明书 I 年产 100,000 吨苯乙烯生产车间工艺设计摘要: 苯乙烯是一种非常重要的化工原料, 60% 的苯乙烯用来生产聚苯乙烯,还用来生产树脂、乳胶等。现在世界上的苯乙烯年产量为 3000 万吨左右,我国的年产量在 600 万吨左右,且目前处于供需持平,从产量和需求可以看出苯乙烯生产的重要性。本设计采用技术最成熟的工艺:绝热式乙苯催化脱氢工艺。从1937 年工业化至今, 经过了好几代的发展,现在已成为一种非常重要的工艺。目前世界上 85% 的苯乙烯均采用此法进行生产。本设计主要做了以下几个方面的工作:文献调研,工艺选择;物料衡算,能量衡算;设备设计;车间布置;经济估算; 带控制点的工艺流程图,主体设备图及车间布置图的绘制。关键词: 苯乙烯;工艺设计;催化脱氢;绝热固定床反应器中北大学 2012 届毕业设计说明书 II The production workshop design of styrene with an annual output of 100,000 tons Abstract :Styrene isavery important chemical material, 60percent ofitis used toproduce Polystyrene and also isused toproduce resin and latex. The outlet ofthe styrene all over the world per year is30million tons, and our country take up20percent ofthe total outlet and the current supply isequal tothe demand. Sothe production workshop design ofstyrene isvery important. The most mature technology- adiabatic dehydrogenation ofethylbenzene process isused toproduce styrene. From 1937, the first industrialized time, after several generations ofdevelopment, ithas e avery important process. The 85percent ofthe styrene isproduced bythis method. This design includes document survey, process selection, material balance, heat balance, equipment design, facility layout, economical evaluation, the drawing ofthe process chart, the main equipment diagram and the workshop layout chart.
