摘要

经过 20 多年的努力发展,我国乳品行业已经成为一个具有巨大市场潜力的绿
色朝阳产业。随着经济社会的发展和人们生活水平的改善,人们对乳品的需求越来
越大。冷链物流是物流业的重要分枝,其发展的好坏直接关系到人民生命安全和生
活品质。尽管冷链物流是一种附加值较高的物流业务,但是还没有形成一套合理的
理论体系,也没有受到应有的重视,在发展中存在着很多问题。内蒙古作为我国最
大的奶源地,其乳业的健康发展有利于我国整体乳业的发展。乳品冷链物流作为乳
品行业主要组成部分,对内蒙古乳业发展有着重要意义,因此,对其进行科学系统
地研究具有极其重大的理论价值和现实意义。
文章首先介绍了论文研究的背景和意义,并就国内外的相关文献研究进行综
述,然后介绍了本文的研究内容、研究方法;接着概括了冷链物流的相关理论,包
括现代物流的相关理论和基本概念,冷链物流的概念和分类,冷链物流的特性,冷
链物流体系的运行目标以及冷链物流体系的构成;基于总结内蒙古生鲜乳及其制品
冷链物流发展的状况,对内蒙古生鲜乳冷链模式及内蒙古乳制品冷链模式进行了研
究分析;由此找出内蒙古生鲜乳及其制品冷链物流存在的问题并提出优化内蒙古生
鲜乳及其制品冷链物流发展的对策,包括政府要加大扶持力度并健全法制,培养适
合生鲜乳及其制品冷链物流发展趋势的复合型人才,加强软硬件建设实现信息一体
化,重视生鲜乳冷链物流模式整体规划,建立联运机制,实现共同配送等;最后得
出结论并提出需进一步研究的问题。

Abstract
Chinese Dairy has e a green and sunrise industry with a huge market potential,
after 20 years of efforts and development. With the development of economic society and
improvement of people’s living standard, people demand for more and more dairy
products. As a important branch of logistics, cold-chain logistics is directly related to the
safety and quality of spite of ing a higher value-added logistics business,
the cold-chain logistics of dairy products has not yet formed a reasonable theoretical
system, nor been given enough attention. Thus, there are so many problems need to be
solved during its development. The biggest milk product province in China as we are,
Inner Mongolia plays a very important role in developing the whole Chinese Dairy. As a
main part of dairy industry, cold-chain logistics makes extremely important sense for the
