配,但通过研究史料发现,许多妻子在日常生活中亲自掌管着奁产,并可以携产改嫁或
归宗;作为寡妇,若为夫守节不嫁,则可享有夫家财产的继承权,在有子的情况下,虽
然子是法定继承人,但因其尊长地位,寡母依旧有对夫之财产的监管权,若寡妻改嫁,
则不可染指夫家财产,但她们有时会通过假报嫁资而携产改嫁,同时有子的寡妇还可以
受到儿子对其生活上的照顾;此外,寡妇还可以通过招接脚夫协助自己管理夫家财产,
但此时财产的管理者依旧是寡妻而非后夫。在正文的最后,笔者对整个现象进行了反思。
首先总结了宋代妇女的财产权利,即虽然妇女地位远不及男子,但还是拥有一定的财产
权利,并且具体权利与礼法规定不是完全一致的。接着分析了出现这种现象的原因,即
主要是经济的发展使妇女拥有一定的家庭地位,以及在思想上程朱理学还没有成为官方
哲学,妇女们的生存环境相对宽松,随后指出她们拥有一定的家庭权利及地位,这与她
们的付出是辩证的关系。
文章最后进行了总结,阐述了宋代妇女财产制度的时代特点,指出宋代妇女并不是
游离在历史之外的,她们作为历史的一份子,在构建历史的过程中,同时也对自己的角
色进行了了完美演绎。

ABSTRACT
“Women”,has never been the name of stroger,as the survival of vulnerable groups ,the situation of the
women deserves of this article ,the property rights of women in the Song Dynasty as the
starting citing profuse historical data ,use historical and dialectical methods,through analysis of women
unmarried as daughter in father’s family of property and inheritance right ,and the right on dowry when
they married as wife ,the right of use dowry as mother and the right to inherit property from husband’s
family .TO elaborate in the feudal society of promote etiquette enlightenment ,the women in Song Dynasty
has certain property rights ,and there in a certain sense of law and property , in practice life , they property
of there enjoyed has not entirely consistent then etiquette and law ;final to get a glimpse of the living
conditions of women in Song Dynasty.
This article is divided into three wide parts including preface,main body ,conclusion ,which is divided
into four small parts of the main body ,a total of six parts.
