BEHAVIORS IN NiMnIn(Co) IC
SHAPE MEMORY ALLOYS
ABSTRACT
Ni50Mn25+xIn25-xNi45Co5Mn25+xIn25-x+xIn25-x alloys were melting by
vacuum arc furnace under an argon atmosphere. The martensitic and ic behaviors of the
alloys were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) , vibrating sample
ometry (VSM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The
relationship positionelectron concentration and the martensitic transfomation
temperature were be studied. The article focused on the effect between position with the
martensite morphologies and the ic properties durning the reverse martensitic
transformation under ic field.
The results show that: The martensite transformation temperature of NiMnIn (Co) alloys
have close contact with position and electron concentration of the al
