摘 要
随着世界经济的快速发展和信息技术的进步，物流行业作为国民经济中的一个新兴服务行业，正在国内迅速崛起。现代仓库是物流行业中最重要的基础设施，具有货物的集货、仓储、分拣、配送等相关功能现代仓库的建立，把商流、信息流和资金流融为一体，并成为产销企业之间的中介，利于资源、人员的统筹利用，能最大程度的降低供应链的运作成本，能够应对客户多品种、少批量、多批次等更高的配送需求，大幅提高客户满意度。
本文对仓库相关的基本理论进行了研究。首先是这一课题在国内外的研究现状，明确了国内外的区别。其次是了解为了应对各种情况，适合各种环境、满足各种需求而设立的不同仓库。接着对仓库功能进行学****掌握现代的仓库的基本作业流程，明确其工作方法。最后掌握与仓库库存相关的EIQ分析法与PCB分析法为下文库存分析和设施布局规划做准备。
本文通过了解该日用品公司背景资料和运行情况的一些基本状况，结合行业特点、公司历史数据分析以及期望的情况对其订单数据进行分析。首先对提供的相关数据进行分析，运用EIQ分析法对订单数据进行分析、ABC分类法对多种库存产品进行分类以及运用PCB分析法对多种托盘进行选型。处理好这些数据后，再应用其结果和查找大量资料对通道、进出货区、存储区、拣货区以及行政区域进行设计。得到各区块的面积和相关信息。最终运用刚性区域与柔性区域相结合的方法，再结合多方面资料对仓库进行了全面设施布局规划，得出仓库详细的布局规划图。

Abstract
With rapid development of world economy and information technology, logistics industry is fast-rising in China as an emerging service industry among national economy. Modern warehouse is the most important basic facility in logistics industry with related functions such as goods consolidation, storage, sorting, distribution, etc. The establishment of warehouse integrates trade flow, information flow and capital flow, and it becomes the intermediary agent between the production and marketing enterprises, which is helpful to coordinated use of resource and personnel, extremely lowers the cost of supply chain and meets the higher distribution need of many sharply improving customer satisfaction.
This paper makes a detailed research about the related basic theories of warehouse. First is the research status of this subject at home and abroad, which identifies the differences. Second is the introduction of various warehouses which deal with different situations, suit different environment and meet different requirements.
