稀土对钢轨低温韧性的影响研究

摘 要:在工业生产条件下,研究了钢中加入稀土对钢轨低温冲击性能的影响。结果表明,稀土处理的钢轨具有良
好的低温韧性,其 -40 ℃冲击值比不加稀土的试验钢高出 1 倍;试验钢组织为珠光体和铁素体。稀土的加入可使
夹杂物球化,提高钢轨的塑性和韧性。
