摘 要
赤泥是氧化铝工业产生的强碱性固体废渣。我国每年产生的赤泥为3000万吨以上,目前赤泥大多仍采用筑坝的方式进行堆存,占用了大量土地,也对环境和水资源造成了严重的污染。赤泥富含Fe、Al、Si、Ti等活性成分是一种宝贵的二次资源。因此,赤泥的无害化处理和资源化利用是氧化铝行业急需解决的难题。由于CH 4裂解只产生碳和氢气,不存在COx,简化了氢气的纯化过程。因此,甲烷催化裂解成为一条替代甲烷催化重整、甲烷部分氧化等传统工艺生产氢的有效路径。
本文以拜耳法赤泥作为研究对象,采用酸溶-过滤-碱沉淀法对其进行改性处理。采用现代分析测试手段对催化剂样品进行表征和分析,然后利用常压气固相催化反应实验装置研究其催化CH4分解制氢性能。结果显示,通过改性处理的赤泥有更高的甲烷裂解催化活性,同时煅烧温度会影响改性赤泥的催化活性,结果证明低温煅烧更有利于甲烷裂解反应的进行。

Abstract
Red mud is solid waste produced in alumina China red mud is produced more than 30 million tons each year,At present, red mud most is dammed to stockpiling , which not only occupy much land but also cause pollution of the environment and addition,red mud are rich in Fe, Al, Si, Ti and other active ingredients, it’s urgent to solve the problem though safe disposal and utilization of red mud of the alumina CH4 pyrolysis produces only carbon and hydrogen,no other COx gases,which makes hydrogen purification process , the catalytic cracking of methane become a valid path to replace methane catalytic reforming, partial oxidation of methane and other traditional craft to product hydrogen.
In this paper, Bayer red mud as the research object, using the acid-soluble-alkali and acid precipitation-filtration-its alkaline precipitation modification, catalyst samples characterized were analytics by means of a modern catalyst and then use pressurized gas-solid reaction experimental phase catalytic device CH4 decomposition of hydrogen catalytic results showed that red mud through modification, have higher methane catalytic cracking activity of the catalyst performance though different  temperatures found more conducive to high-temperature pyrolysis of methane reaction, to improve the conversion rate of methane hydrogen cracking big beneficial.
