Abstract: ObjectiveTo present the descriptive epidemiology on flying qualification for the flight personnel in Chinese army and air medical records of invalid aircrew hospitalized in recent years were reviewed. ResultsAs a result, % of the inpatients were qualified for flying, with cardiological conditions representing %, otolaryngological %, neurological %, and gastrointestinal %. ConclusionKnee disorders, urolithiasis, and aerosinusitis are the conditions most likely to be qualified for flying after management. Pilots are significantly less to be qualified for flying than radiomen, and the probability of disqualification is times of the latter.

住院飞行人员经过全面体格检查,并对所患疾病予以诊、治后,需要就其是否适合飞行作出医学鉴定。不适合飞行的结论为:飞行暂不合格;飞行人员个体、机组安全和飞行任务不被危及的,可以结论为:飞行合格。对于飞行人员的放飞需要考虑所患疾病及治疗后对航空医学的影响,疾病复发的可能。然后,在目前体格条件内作出最终结论,建议放飞或停飞。过去的研究焦点主要是对飞行员的初步研究,而本研究是对所有飞行人员,包括飞行员、领航员、通讯员和机械师等所做的流行病学研究。本研究目的是提供我国陆军航空兵、空军航空兵飞行人员医学放飞状况的描述性流行病学资料,使得对飞行人员的航空医学处置和鉴定更为正确。
