摘要 民主教育是当代大学生思想政治素质的重要内容，大学生民主意识的培养与引导是进行民主教育的前提。
本文通过实际调查和理论分析，揭示当代大学生民主思想现状，对如何去培养和引导大学生民主意识提出建议。并通
过天津商业大学第十一届学生代表大会去详细阐述民主选举在大学中的实践与应用，在此基础上总结经验，为了民主
选举在高校中更好更快地发展提出相关建议。
