农药中间体三氯吡啶酚的合成工艺研究

摘 要:以三氯乙酰氯和丙烯腈为主要原料,在催化剂的存在下,获得三氯吡啶酚。试验考察了溶剂、反应温
度、反应时间和投料比对三氯吡啶酚产率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件为硝基苯 250 mL,n(丙烯腈)∶n(三氯乙酰
氯) 为 ∶,反应温度 135℃,反应时间 9 h,三氯吡啶酚的收率可以达到 68%。
