广州市某医院治疗咳嗽的中药处方分析
摘要：目的了解广州市某医院治疗咳嗽的中药使用情况，进行临床用药 评价。通过对治疗咳嗽的中药的运用分析，为临床用药提供合理的参考，提高临 床用药的有效性、合理性及安全性。方法收集广州市某医院2014年10月至2014 年12月1056张治疗咳嗽的中药处方进行统计分析。运用所学的中医中药学知识, 对咳嗽的中医辨证、常用中药类别及药物、处方药物的用量等规律进行科学合理 的分析。结果该医院治疗咳嗽的中药处方中，使用频率最高的十味中药分别是 法半夏、北杏仁、茯苓、紫蒐、桔梗、防风、炙甘草、陈皮、干姜、五味子；中 药类型以补虚药、化痰止咳平喘药、解表药和清热药居多；处方中中药存在用药 剂量超量的现象。结论通过对处方和病症的分析，该医院治疗咳嗽的中药处方 用药基本合理，但存在药物用量过大的现象，需引起重视。

Analysis of prescription cough medicine in a hospital in
Guangzhou treatment
Abstract： Objective Understanding the use of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cough in a hospital in Guangzhou,to evaluate the clinical drug use analyzing the use of traditional Chinese medicine for cough treatment,to provide reasonable reference for clinical medication and prompted the validity,rationality and security of clinical application. Methods Collected 1056 prescriptions which are cheating cough in a hospital in Guangzhou from October 2014 to December 2014 to the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine to scientifically analyze the TCM,commonly drugs,drugs' sorts,drugs' usage,drugs' dosage and the other rules. Results The top ten kinds of medicine in the prescriptions to treat cough are Rhizoma pinellinae praeparata,bitter almonds,Poria cocos,Radix asteris,Platycodon grandiflorum,Radix sileris,Radix glycyrrhizae preparata,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Rhizoma zingiberis,Schisandra frequent medicine kinds are tonic,Eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma medicine,Diaphoretic .There is a phenomenon that the dosage of medicine is excess. Conclusion Through the analysis of the prescription and the disease,the treatment of cough pres
