岗位说明书 Job description 岗位名称 Job Title 组长 Line Leader 所属部门 Dept 注塑部 PIM 岗位职级 Job Grade TN 上司职位 Report to助理主管 Ass. supervisor 职务概要 Job Summary 管理 30~40 台啤机,跟进生产计划,督导工人,提高效率和保证质量。 In charge of 30~40 sets of injection m/c, follow up the daily schedule, train and monitor the workers, impove the efficiency and ensure product quality. 任职资格 Position Requirements 学历要求 Education 高中以上 Senior High School above 经验要求 Experience 至少一年以上注塑生产经验 With the experience on injection molding at least 1 year 技能要求 Skills 相关的啤机操作知识,简易的注塑问题解决能力,加上基础的模具,设备及塑料原材料知识 The knowledge about inj. m/c operation, the ability of trouble - shooting for simple problem, and with the basic knowledge about inj. Molds, machine and plastic mat'l 其它要求 Others 注塑产品的质量知识,沟通及管理技巧 The knowledge about product quality, communication skill and managing ability 岗位职责 Job Responsibility plete the 3 checking for inj. m/c and other safety protection work 检查样板、 ECO 和夹具是否齐全 Ensure the sample, ECO and relevant tooling all are ready 检查所有注塑机及其它设备是否都正常运转 Make sure all the inj, m/c and relevant equipment s are running smoothly 确保每位员工都有 100% 以上的效率 Optimize the assignments for worker and ensure theirs efficiency will be over 100%. 保证产品质量,减少坏货 Ensure all the products are good parts and try to reduce the defect s being generated. 当啤机,模具和有关工具被子损坏时要及时安排好维修 Arrange the repairin on time when the m/c, mold and tooling damaged 上下班工作要交接好 Make a m
