摘 要：***酸作为一种重要的有机化工产品，日益广泛的应用于医药、农药、日化和食品等行业。本文综述了***酸近几年来合成工艺的发展状况，简单地介绍了目前国内外生产***酸的各种合成工艺方法，包括酒石酸法，乳酸氧化法，电化学法等化学方法以及生物法。
本文主要研究的内容是以一******、甲酸钠和甲醇为原料经酯化与醇解两步反应合成羟基***，然后以P d-Bi/C为催化剂、空气为氧化剂催化氧化羟基***制备***酸钠，进而制备***酸。研究了反应条件对相转移催化酯化以及醇解反应蒸馏过程的影响。考察了在羟基***制备***酸钠的反应中反应温度、催化剂种类及用量、p H值等对反应的转化率及选择性的影响，同时还考察了反应速率随时间变化的规律。

Synthesis of pyruvate
Abstract: Pyruvate as an important organic chemical products, more widely used in medicine, pesticide, cosmetic and food industries. This paper reviews the development of pyruvate synthesis in recent years the situation, a brief overview of the current domestic production of pyruvate synthesis of various methods, including tartaric acid method, lactate oxidation, electrochemical methods such as chemical and biological methods.
This paper studies the content of a chlorine acetone, sodium formate and methanol as raw materials by two-step esterification reaction with the hydroxyl alcohol solution of acetone, then P d-Bi/C as catalyst and air as the oxidant catalyzed oxidation of DHA preparation of pyruvate sodium pyruvate then prepared. To study the reaction conditions of phase transfer catalysis esterification, and alcoholysis reaction distillation process. Preparation of the Dihydroxyacetone investigated the reaction of pyruvate reaction temperature, catalyst type and amount, pH value on the reaction conversion and selectivity, reaction rate was also investigated the variation with time.
