尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值和24h尿蛋白之间的相关性
　　摘要：目的 探讨晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值和24h尿蛋白之间的相关性。方法 选择在该院住院的69例肾病患者，同时对上述患者做晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值（Upro/Ucr）与24h尿蛋白定量（24h pro）测定。将进行晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值（Upro/Ucr）测定组作为实验组，24h尿蛋白定量（24h pro）测定组作为对照组。对其晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值（Upro/Ucr）与24h尿蛋白定量（24h pro）进行相关性分析，进行统计学处理。结果 实验组Upro/Ucr与对照组24h pro比较差异均有统计学意义（P<）；两组Upro/Ucr和24h pro的相关性均较好。结论 晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值和24h尿蛋白之间有良好的相关性。
