内容摘要
可行性研究是基本建设管理中的的一项基础工作，在建设项目的投资决策和项目运作中有着十 分重要的作用。本论文阐述了可行性研究在建设项目中的具体内涵以及必要性，重点分析目前在项 目可行性研究工作中所存在的问题，对这些问题予以具体分析阐述，并综合各种原因，给予相应的 对策。

The Existing Problems & Relative Counter measures for the Problems
in the Feasibility Study of Construction Project
Abstract
The feasibility study of construction projects is a kind of fundamental work in the basic construction management, which plays a significant role in the investment decision-making and project operation of the construction projects. This article presents the specific connotation & necessity of feasibility study in the construction projects, illustrates the existing problems in the feasibility study of the projects, analyzes the problems in details, and provides readers with relative countermeasures by means of a conclusion of different reasons.
