黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract With Inthispaper,we considerate theeconomic lossofnatural disasters from an economic scope,and systematically discussed theeconomic lossassessment methods. Through analyze the basic economics theory and explore economic foundation of disaster lossmeasurement,we think theeconomic losscaused people’S welfare change ,the sum ofeconomic lossshould bebased on the welfare losssize.
