摘要
针对大连机车厂现有的工艺，本文利用工业工程相关理论对 整个车轮工艺程序、流程以及布置径路进行了分析，并提出 了相应的改进措施，为将来大连机车厂将要建设新的厂区提 供设计参考。
运用程序分析的方法，对大连机车厂车轮加工进行了 工艺程序分析，绘出了改进前后工艺程序，对比说明了改进 后提高了加工效率。
运用流程程序分析以及布置和经路分析理论，从工艺 流程以及布置和经路等方面对大连机车厂机五车间进行了 改进，缩短了搬运时间，提高了效率。
(3 )通过改进钻床的定位系统取消了划线定位打冲眼的加 工步骤，节省了一道工序。通过改进检验设备来将磁粉探伤 和超声波探伤工序合并达到优化的目的。将辐板孔倒角加工 设备移动到钻辐板孔设备附近来减少搬运距离。将精车一加
工设备移动到大门附近，把精车二加工设备移动到磁粉探伤 仪对面，这样既减少了搬运距离又解决了路线交叉问题。通 过改变半成品暂存位置来进一步减少搬运距离。
