【摘要】：目的 探讨帕罗西汀联合丁螺环***治疗焦虑症的临床疗效和安全性。方法 在2018年12月至2019年6月期间我院接治的焦虑症患者中，随机抽选88名作为本课题研讨样本，平均分对照组和观察组，各44名。前一组使用帕罗西汀治疗，后一组在其基础上应用丁螺环***治疗，比对两种方法在临床中的应用效果及安全性。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率（%）要高于对照组（%）；随着治疗的不断推进，患者的焦虑情况得到改善。观察组改善情况明显优于对照组；治疗后两组患者均出现多种不良反应，但观察组发生率（%）明显低于对照组（%），对比差异明显（P<），有统计学意义。结论
丁螺环***联合帕罗西汀在焦虑症治疗中表现理想，安全性更高，病情得到有效改善。适合临床中推广使用。
