　　[摘要] 目的 探討新生儿早期预警评分联合风险护理在高危新生儿病情变化识别中的作用。方法 回顾性分析医院2017年1月—2019年2月期间诊治的190例高危新生儿临床资料，并按护理方案不同进行分组：对照组（n=95）实行常规护理干预，研究组（n=95）实行新生儿早期预警评分联合风险护理干预，就两组新生儿的临床转归情况、护理风险事件发生率以及护理质量水平差异进行统计学分析。 结果 ①研究组新生儿痊愈出院率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=，P=）;②研究组风险事件发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=，P=）;③研究组新生儿平均护理质量评分是（±）分，高于对照组的（±）分，差异有统计学意义（t=，P=）。结论 新生儿早期预警评分联合风险护理在高危新生儿病情变化识别中的有积极作用，可及时、准确识别高危新生儿，同时联合风险护理干预，可降低护理风险事件发生率，改善临床转归。

　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the role of neonatal early warning scoring combined with risk nursing in the identification of high-risk neonatal disease changes. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 190 high-risk neonates diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2017 to February 2019， and divided them according to different nursing plans： the control group （n=95） implemented routine nursing intervention， and the research group （n=95） implemented neonatal early warning scoring combined with risk nursing intervention， and statistically analyze the differences between the clinical outcomes of the two groups of newborns， the incidence of nursing risk events， and the level of nursing quality.
